IMPORTANT NOTICE/ INSTRUCTIONS REGARDING FILLING UP OF VACANT TEACHING POSTS IN THE COLLEGES OF THE UNIVERSITY OF DELHI
Attention of all candidates is invited, who have successfully submitted their applications through online mode, for the post of Assistant Professor(s) in various Colleges of University of Delhi. The central screening committee has drawn a subject wise list of candidates, containing details of complete/ incomplete application and relevant documents which are not properly uploaded in the form/s.
If no remarks are written against the name of a candidate in the column (Documents to be uploaded) that means no further upload/ action is required from the candidate. Those who did not submit requisite/relevant documents during filling of application form(s), are required to upload the requisite/relevant documents on University’s portal. The required documents are listed under the column-Documents to be uploaded, against the candidate’s name
It was recommended by the centralised screening committee to give one fair chance to the candidates, whose applications found to be accompanied with unsubstantiated uploads. Candidates are requested to kindly go through the preliminary screening lists subject wise and upload the requisite documents within seven days from the date of this notification of respective subjects on the website, using the web-link highlighted on the web-site. Failing which, the link would be closed and no off-line request under any circumstances shall be entertained at any point of time at a later stage.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Candidate should upload only those document/s which is being reflected in the column- DOCUMENTS TO BE UPLOADED, against the candidates name. Unnecessary uploading of those documents which are not asked from a particular candidate may lead to rejection of the application. Out of multiple forms which candidate filled in different colleges for one subject, only one latest application considered for screening and is reflected only once in the uploaded document of the subject. However if the candidate has applied in more than one subject then he/she must check the uploaded document of all subjects applied.
- ➢ SC/ST /PWD Certificate
- ➢ OBC non creamy layer Certificate containing therein the caste which has been included in the Central List,, issued on or after 1st April, 2016 till last day of the application.
- ➢ NET /JRF Certificate
- ➢ NET exemption Certificate.
- ➢ PhD Degree.
- ➢ Master’s Mark-sheet.
- ➢ Graduation Mark-sheet.
- ➢ CGPA to percentage conversion table formula either mentioned on the mark-sheet/degree or issued by the competent authority.
- ➢ Experience certificate mentioning grade pay, designation etc.
- ➢ Evidence of ISSN number of publication
- ➢ Evidence of ISBN number of publication
- ➢ Post-Doctoral experience certificate with designation and salary drawn.
- ➢ Proof for change of name if candidate changed his/her name at any stage.
- ➢ All certificate should be in the candidates name.
Final list of shortlisted candidates will be notified/ uploaded by the respective Colleges. The candidates would only be considered for those Colleges, where they have applied successfully for the said position.
A. Under no circumstances, the last date for uploading the documents/information in the required format will be extended and no further queries/grievances in this regard will be entertained by the University.
B. For further updates, all the candidates are advised to kindly visit the website of those Colleges, where they have applied successfully on a regular basis.
